Fedora 30 Beta releases: GNOME 3.32 & Linux Kernel 5.0

The Fedora project team released the Fedora 30 Beta update today, and the official version is expected to be released later this spring. Fedora 30 Beta is equipped with the latest GNOME 3.32 desktop environment, Linux Kernel 5.0, and performance optimization for DNF installation package manager.

Fedora 30 Beta also offers two new desktop environment options for those who want to customize the Fedora desktop experience. In addition to the existing KDE Plasma, GNOME, Xfce, LXDE, LXQt, Cinnamon, MATE, and SoaS desktop environments, the Fedora 30 release adds the Deepin Desktop Environment and the Pantheon Desktop desktop environment.
