Razer updates the Kishi V2 lineup of mobile controllers

After last year’s unveiling of the Kishi V2 mobile controller, Razer has now announced the release of a version integrated with the Xbox gaming console. This model too, will be available in two distinct versions: one tailored for iPhone and the other for Android devices. Its aesthetic has transitioned to a pristine white, with the power button being replaced by the emblematic Xbox logo. In addition, Razer heralded the launch of the Kishi V2 Pro, which is a reimagined version built on the foundation of the Razer Edge.

Much like its predecessor, the Kishi V2, the Xbox-integrated version boasts a more robust backplate. The grips on both sides have been enhanced with an anti-slip texture, and the buttons, having been replaced with microswitches, ensure quicker response times for commands. The directional keys have also been upgraded with a tactile mechanical feel.

Utilizing the Razer Nexus app not only facilitates users in identifying compatible games but also allows them to customize the controller’s button functions based on their gameplay preferences. This includes configuring commands for the newly introduced customizable buttons.

The concurrently introduced Kishi V2 Pro, for now, exclusively supports Android devices and comes with additional features, including a 3.5mm headphone jack and immersive HyperSense haptic feedback.

In terms of suggested retail pricing, the Kishi V2 for iPhone Xbox Edition is set at $119.99, while the Kishi V2 Pro for Android Xbox Edition bears a tag of $149.99. Both have already graced the North American market, with the Kishi V2 Pro for Android priced at $129.99.
