The upcoming “Legion Go” handheld from Lenovo has recently captivated a plethora of gamers. Initial leaked renderings intimate that this device takes cues from the Nintendo Switch’s design, featuring detachable controllers, rear trigger buttons, stereo speakers, dual microphones, and a duo of USB-C ports. Additionally, it incorporates an integrated stand, power button, headphone jack, and a Micro-SD slot.

According to Liliputing, comprehensive specifications for the Lenovo Legion Go handheld have now been disclosed. Insider sources suggest that Lenovo is poised to unveil the Legion Go handheld at the IFA 2023 in Berlin next month, accompanied by ancillaries such as AR glasses and headphones.

The Lenovo Legion Go, inclusive of its detachable controllers, boasts dimensions of 299 x 131 x 41 mm and weighs 854g. It’s powered by the AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme, mirroring the prowess of the ASUS ROG Ally handheld. The device sports an 8.8-inch IPS display with a 144Hz refresh rate, a resolution of QHD+ (2560 x 1600), a 16:10 aspect ratio, 500-nit brightness, and covers 97% of the DCI-P3 color spectrum. It’s complemented by 16GB of LPDDR5X-7500 memory and offers storage options of 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD of the 2242 specification. Energizing this device is an embedded 49.2WHr battery, accompanied by a 65W USB Type-C adapter. The unit is furnished with two USB4 ports (supporting both DP 1.4 mode and PD 3.0), and ensures connectivity with Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2. Audio emanates from two 2W speakers.

It is anticipated that the Lenovo Legion Go handheld will commence sales as early as October this year, with an inaugural price tag of $799.
