Firefox 86 releases: introduces Total Cookie Protection to Strict Mode

Mozilla today released the Firefox 86 browser for all supported desktop platforms. This is a major update for Firefox because this update brings many visible updates.

The most important feature this time is Total Cookie Protection. This feature will set up a separate cookie.jar for each website that visits and stores data. The jar files between the two websites are not interoperable, thereby restricting cross-site access privacy

When Total Cookie Protection detects that the user needs to provide data from this site to another site, it will specifically authorize that site to access cookies on this site.

Therefore, this function can greatly improve the privacy protection of users, and in exceptional circumstances, it can also provide powerful privacy protection capabilities without affecting the browsing experience.
