Nvidia AD106-350 GPU photo pictures

It was previously announced that Nvidia founder and CEO Jensen Huang will deliver a keynote speech at 11 am on May 29 at the Taipei International Computer Show (COMPUTEX Taipei). With the recent leak of the RTX 4060 Ti packaging design template, many people speculate that Nvidia will soon bring the fifth desktop GPU based on the Ada Lovelace architecture. In addition, AMD recently announced that the Radeon RX 7600 XT graphics card will be released on May 25, and the competition for the mid-range mainstream market is heating up.

Recently, Twitter user @MEGAsizeGPU also exposed the photo of the Nvidia AD106-350, which will be the GPU for the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti graphics card.

According to past information, Nvidia AD106-350 GPU is not the full version of the AD106 chip, only 34 of the 36 SMs are enabled, which means 4352 of the 4608 CUDA cores. It uses a PCIe 4.0 x8 interface, has an L2 cache of 32MB, a base frequency of 2310MHz, a boost frequency of 2535MHz, and is equipped with 8GB of GDDR6 memory. The memory bit width is 128-bit, the memory speed is 18 Gbps, the memory bandwidth is 288 GB/s, and the card power consumption is 160W.

However, it is not clear yet when RTX 4060 Ti will be released in May, and the time point is estimated to be similar to Radeon RX 7600 XT.
