More information about the 15-inch MacBook Air leaked

According to previous reports, Apple may release a 15-inch MacBook Air early this year and has no plans to release a 12-inch MacBook. Howtoisolve recently revealed more information about the 15-inch MacBook Air.

The 15-inch MacBook Air will use a Liquid Retina display with a size of 15.5 inches. The color gamut, maximum brightness, contrast, and other parameters are similar to the 13.6-inch MacBook Air equipped with an M2 chip. The appearance is also very similar to the MacBook Air equipped with the M2 chip. Due to the increased size and better heat dissipation, Apple may add a model equipped with the M2 Pro chip, paired with a 67W power adapter. The version with the M2 chip will come with a 35W power adapter.
15-inch MacBook Air
The sound quality of Apple notebook speakers has always been good, and it is in the first echelon of the notebook camp. Due to the larger body size, Apple has also redesigned the speakers of the 15-inch MacBook Air, but considering the positioning of the Air series and Pro, Apple will not let its sound quality reach the level of the 14/16-inch MacBook Pro series.

The 15-inch MacBook Air is expected to start at $1,500, and the current 13.6-inch MacBook Air with the M2 chip starts at $1,199. Howtoisolve expects that Apple will begin mass production of the 15-inch MacBook Air in the first quarter of this year and launch it in the spring. However, considering that Apple has released many new products this year, the official release date may also be later this year.
