Apple to launch 15-inch MacBook Air in 2023

There have been rumors that Apple will release a redesigned MacBook Air in 2022. The new MacBook Pro model is equipped with an improved version of the M1, the M2, with a new appearance and more color options. It will also be equipped with a MagSafe magnetic charging interface and a Thunderbolt 4 interface on each side of the fuselage. However, it has been reported recently that Apple may also launch a 15-inch MacBook Air in 2023.

The well-known analyst Ming-Chi Kuo pointed out that:

1. Mass production in 4Q23 if all goes to plan.
2. Although a larger display generally consumes more power, the design goal is to use the same 30W power adapter as MacBook Air.
3. It might not be called MacBook Air.

The MacBook Air series was released in January 2008, and the moment Steve Jobs took out the MacBook Air from his file bag at Macworld surprised the audience. While Apple and Steve Jobs have had plenty of amazing product launch moments, the debut of the MacBook Air lineup still falls on its shortlist for the best launch. The MacBook Air series had two 11.6-inch and 13.3-inch versions in the early days. After continuous improvement over the years, many changes have occurred in appearance and design.
