Microsoft is about to bring Surface Laptop Studio 2, Equipped with i7-13800H and RTX 4060

The Surface Laptop Studio stands as Microsoft’s pinnacle of high-performance creative notebooks, boasting Intel’s Tiger Lake-H35 standard voltage processor and optionally equipped with NVIDIA’s Ampere architecture dedicated graphics. This avant-garde device, with its unique convertible design, first graced the market in the autumn of 2021. Now, two years since its inception, it seems poised for a sophisticated evolution.

According to WinFuture, Microsoft is slated to refresh the Surface lineup on September 21st, introducing the Surface Laptop Studio 2, Surface Laptop Go 3, and Surface Go 4. Revelations about these impending devices had been previously trickled to the public, offering a general overview of their specifications.

The Surface Laptop Studio 2 is not expected to undergo monumental enhancements in the display department. It shall retain its 14.4-inch screen, featuring an aspect ratio of 3:2, a resolution of 2400×1600, and a refresh rate of 120Hz. Leveraging the same PixelSense technology, it continues to support high-precision input via a stylus. Its baseline version is anchored on integrated graphics. However, consumers can opt for configurations combining the Core i7-13700H with the GeForce RTX 4050 mobile edition or the Core i7-13800H with the GeForce RTX 4060 mobile edition. Memory options include LPDDR5X, maxing out at 64GB. Storage variants span across 512GB, 1TB, and 2TB SSDs, with added amenities like a USB-A port and a MicroSD card reader.

Pricing insights reveal the foundational Surface Laptop Studio 2 pegged at 2,249 euros. The versions with RTX 4050 and RTX 4060 are priced at 2,729 euros and 3,199 euros, respectively.

The Surface Laptop Go 3, powered by the Core i5-1235U, in its fundamental guise, features 8GB of memory and a 256GB SSD, commanding a price of 899 euros. As for the Surface Go 4, it is set to transition to Intel’s N200 processor, though its pricing remains shrouded in mystery.
