Logitech teams up with Sony to launch a suite of accessories compatible with the Access Controller

After Sony recently confirmed the forthcoming release of its inclusive ‘Access Controller‘ on December 6th, priced at a recommended $90, Logitech has announced a collaborative endeavor with Sony to launch a complementary kit for the Access Controller.

This ensemble will feature eight sets of buttons and trigger keys, seamlessly integrating with the Access Controller. Within the eight-button array are two sets of compact buttons equipped with mechanical switches, two sets of larger buttons, and two sets of clear buttons accompanied by two adjustable-travel trigger buttons.

Embracing the iconic PlayStation 5 imagery, the kit also permits users to affix labeled stickers to the buttons, and concurrently, velcro elements allow for the precise placement of control buttons on specific board accessories.

Logitech anticipates the official debut of this kit in January 2024, positioning it at a retail price of $79.99.

Previously, Logitech had forged an alliance with Microsoft to unveil an extension kit for the Xbox Adaptive Controller, leveraging the ubiquitous 3.5mm headphone jack for connectivity, ensuring an enhanced user experience.
