EVGA Releases New SuperNOVA G7 Series Power Supplies

EVGA announced the launch of the new SuperNOVA G7 series ATX power supplies. It adopts a full-module design, has obtained 80 PLUS gold certification, and provides four rated powers of 650W, 750W, 850W, and 1000W.
The length of the SuperNOVA G7 series is only 130mm, which provides enough space to accommodate the half-bridge LLC resonant controller with a DC-DC design. After an optimized layout, near-platinum efficiency is achieved, providing tight voltage regulation and very low ripple. EVGA is equipped with a full set of power protection on SuperNOVA G7 series power supplies, including over-current protection (OCP), over-voltage protection (OVP), under-voltage protection (UVP), short-circuit protection (SCP), over-power protection (OPP), and over-temperature protection (OTP). The fully modular design allows for easy installation and removal of power cables, eliminating unnecessary cables to reduce chassis clutter and maximize chassis airflow.

SuperNOVA G7 series power supplies are equipped with 120mm FDB fans for ultra-quiet operation and extended service life. The configured ECO intelligent thermal control system can make the system have an ultra-quiet experience under 50% load. Users can also monitor the real-time load of the power supply through the system load LED indicator bar. The LED light bar is displayed in five levels, and each level of display is equivalent to increasing the load by 20%.

EVGA said it will provide a ten-year warranty for SuperNOVA G7 series power supplies. The prices of the 650W, 750W, 850W and 1000W are respectively $159.99, $169.99, $189.99 and $239.99.
