Asus unveils new Dual and ProArt RTX 4060 Ti 16GB graphics cards

As the impending launch of the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 16GB, built on the Ada Lovelace architecture, draws near, ASUS’s ProArt and DUAL series are poised to welcome new additions, offering corresponding products inclusive of standard and OC versions.

The ProArt series employs a minimalist, unlit design, adopting an understated black and gold colour scheme. The series is outfitted with a tri-fan cooling system, and the overall dimensions of the card measure 300 x 120 x 50 mm, reaching a thickness of 2.5 slots. Accompanied by curved axial fans, the ProArt series further explores the ideal fan blade shape, increasing airflow by 21% and optimising noise reduction. Additionally, it features an intelligent stop-rotation mode, and the centrally located fan incorporates a reverse design, reducing turbulence and noise produced by vibrations within the cooling module. ASUS has also furnished the graphics card with a metal ventilation backplate; its rear end features large cut-outs, allowing hot air to flow more smoothly and thus reducing heat accumulation.

The DUAL series utilises ASUS’s novel aesthetic design employed in the RTX 40 series graphics cards, reducing the length of the card to 227mm, thereby creating a more compact overall design. The upgraded cooling system employs a dual-fan solution. Featuring a semi-transparent structure, it introduces elements of retro-futurism, augmenting the distinct personality of the graphics card. This series offers elegant black and pure white options. However, it remains uncertain whether the soon-to-be-released GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 16GB will also offer these options, or if only a black model will be provided.

Both the ProArt and DUAL series GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 16GB graphics cards use the traditional 8Pin external power supply interface, unlike MSI’s adoption of the 16Pin 12VHPWR interface. This feature proves more user-friendly for mainstream gamers.
