ASUS brings ProArt GeForce RTX 4060

Approximately six months ago, ASUS launched the ProArt Creative GeForce RTX 40 series graphics cards, featuring a minimalist, non-illuminated design, adorned in a subdued black and gold color scheme. ASUS also implemented a more compact optimization design in the new card’s cooling module, making its overall size smaller than similar products and achieving an optimal balance between temperature and noise with its unique cooling solution.

According to GDM, ASUS has now extended its ProArt Creative series to include the GeForce RTX 4060. This model retains the previous design’s triple-fan cooling system, with dimensions of 300 x 120 x 50 mm, a 2.5-slot thickness, and a weight of 924 grams, priced at 66,980 Japanese Yen.

The graphics card features curved axial fans, further refining the ideal fan blade shape to increase airflow by 21% and incorporating noise reduction optimizations. It also includes an intelligent stop-start mode. Notably, the middle fan employs a reverse rotation design, reducing noise caused by turbulence and vibration within the cooling module. ASUS also equipped the graphics card with a metal ventilation backplate, with large openings at the rear to facilitate smoother heat dissipation and reduce thermal buildup.

In terms of display outputs, the new card is equipped with three DisplayPort 1.4a interfaces and one HDMI 2.1 interface. It also uses a stainless steel bracket, offering resistance to bending and oxidation, thereby extending its lifespan. The card also includes an 8-pin power connector. ASUS bundles a three-month free subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud with the graphics card and also recommends using the NVIDIA Studio drivers.
