Assassin’s Creed Codename Jade will start closed beta testing in August

The subsequent installment in the “Assassin’s Creed” series, “Assassin’s Creed Mirage,” is slated for release on October 12th for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. According to a report by VG247, “Assassin’s Creed Mirage” will not be the only “Assassin’s Creed” experience accessible to players, as “Assassin’s Creed Codename Jade” will commence its inaugural limited closed testing on August 3rd.

“Assassin’s Creed Codename Jade” is a game co-developed by Ubisoft and Level Infinite, initially announced last September. As per the description on the official game website, this game is set in China, where players will assume the role of an assassin exploring multiple renowned locations. It will be available on iOS and Android platforms, thereby categorizing it as a AAA open-world mobile game.

This limited closed test will take place on both iOS and Android platforms, offering 5000 player slots. The official team invites players worldwide to participate, though servers will only be available in North America and Western Europe, and game text and voice will be restricted to English. The process will comprise four phases: survey (7/17-27), invitation (7/27-31), pre-download (8/1), and formal testing (8/3-11). Concurrently, the officials have delineated the hardware requirements: Android platforms need Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 or higher, running on Android 10 or above, whereas iOS platforms necessitate iPhone 11 or newer. Furthermore, a comprehensive list of compatible devices is provided.

Interested players may register on the official website and await the potential receipt of a survey email from Ubisoft.
