Apple releases iOS 15.4 Beta 4: Support AirTag anti-stalking function

Apple releases the iOS 15.4 beta 4 system version, mainly adding the AirTag anti-stalking function. Apple made a clear reminder in AirTag settings: Using AirTag to track others is a crime in many parts of the world.

Apple also mentioned in the AirTag settings: “You can locate this item using the Find My network. Using this item to track people without their consent is a crime in many regions around the world. This item is designed to be detected by victims and to enable law enforcement to request identifying information about the owner“.

This updated iOS 15.4 beta 4 system also resolves a device confusion bug. Specifically, the opening of the user’s AirPods device may also cause an “Unknown Accessory Alert” alarm to appear on the mobile phone, and the user will think it is an AirTag. After optimization and improvement, it will clearly inform you that there is an AirPods Pro, AirPods Max, or AirPods 3 near you. In addition, Apple has made adjustments to other features, such as adding Find Network notifications, custom tracking notifications, etc., while also canceling the disabling of project security alerts.
