Apple Mac Studio renderings exposed
Apple will hold a spring new product launch called “Peek Performance” on March 8 and has sent out invitations. A rendering of the product called “Mac Studio” has appeared on the Internet, and it is rumored to be a product that combines the technology and features of both the Mac Pro and the Mac mini.
It was reported yesterday that Apple will have a new 7K-resolution display called the external display, priced at half or less than the existing Pro Display XDR. Today’s new news points out that Apple will be paired with the Mac Studio and external display.
Judging from the renderings, Apple Mac Studio is very similar in design to the current Mac mini, with similar length and width, but much taller. It has LED indicators on the front, a corresponding cooling solution on the bottom, and is said to offer more USB-C ports than the current Mac mini. It is rumored that there will be two versions of Mac Studio, one of which is equipped with M1 Pro, and the other is equipped with a more powerful chip to meet the needs of high-performance users, not sure whether it is M1 Max.
In addition, there is news that Apple will launch a charger using GaN (gallium nitride) technology later this year, which will adopt a new form factor. It is rumored to charge at 30W, which means that the charger is mainly aimed at the iPhone and iPad series. In fact, last year Apple launched its first GaN charger for the new 16-inch MacBook Pro, with a power of 140W.
