Antec releases AX61 Elite mid-tower chassis

Antec has announced the unveiling of its AX61 Elite mid-tower chassis. The front panel incorporates a mesh design merged with geometric aesthetics, facilitating sufficient air intake, complete with dust protection. The integrated ARGB fans empower various lighting visual effects.

The AX61 Elite chassis is adorned with a tempered glass side panel, allowing gamers to showcase their internal hardware’s RGB illumination splendidly. The front and bottom air inlets forge an omnidirectional high-airflow path, ensuring the chassis provides exceptional cooling performance. The entire structure measures 405 x 200 x 449 mm and weighs 4.48 kg, accommodating Mini-ITX, Micro-ATX, and ATX specification motherboards. Its front I/O configuration includes a USB 3.0 interface, two USB 2.0 interfaces, and an audio jack.

The AX61 Elite chassis offers up to two 3.5-inch hard drive brackets (convertible to one 2.5-inch mount), along with two dedicated 2.5-inch hard drive slots. It has seven PCI expansion slots, with cable management space on the left and right sides measuring 24mm and 13mm, respectively. It can accommodate a CPU cooler with a maximum height of 160mm, a graphics card up to 320mm long, and a power supply of 165mm (with HDD installed) or 345mm (without HDD bracket).

In terms of cooling fan placements, three 120mm fans can be installed in the front, supporting 120/240/360mm liquid cooling; the rear can fit a 120mm fan; the top can accommodate two 120mm/140mm fans; and the power supply area can house two 120mm fans. The AX61 Elite chassis comes standard with four 120mm ARGB fans, one mounted at the rear and three in the front, connectable in a daisy chain manner, achieving RGB lighting synchronization with the motherboard.
