Sennheiser releases MOMENTUM True Wireless 3 earphones
Sennheiser announced the launch of a new true wireless earphone called MOMENTUM True Wireless 3, adding a new member to its MOMENTUM family. Frank Foppe, Sennheiser’s true wireless headset product manager, said that the MOMENTUM True Wireless 3 redefines the boundaries of the MOMENTUM range by setting new standards in sound quality, Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), and wearing comfort.
MOMENTUM True Wireless 3 earphone is equipped with a 7mm True Response driver unit, providing Sennheiser’s signature sound. In order to give users a better experience on the go, Sennheiser has especially improved the adaptive noise reduction function of MOMENTUM True Wireless 3, which continuously monitors ambient noise for better real-time suppression. It supports a variety of audio codecs, including AAC, SBC, and aptX. At the same time, each earbud integrates three microphones to bring clearer sound for voice and video calls. Additionally, the Sennheiser Smart Control App offers preset options and equalizer functions that users can customize to their liking.
MOMENTUM True Wireless 3 also comes with multiple silicone pads of different sizes to fit various ear shapes and provide a more snug fit. With IPX4-level waterproof certification, this earphone can provide the best listening experience whether they are running in the rain or training in the gym. MOMENTUM True Wireless 3 provides 7 hours of battery life, which can be extended to 28 hours with the charging box, and the charging box supports Qi wireless charging, making it more convenient for users to use.
Sennheiser says the MOMENTUM True Wireless 3 will be available in three different colorways: black, white, and graphite.
MOMENTUM True Wireless 3 is currently available for pre-order and will be available on May 10, 2022, with a suggested retail price of $249.95.
