Rumors: TSMC has received an order from Apple to produce 2nm chips

At present, only Apple’s desktop processor “M1” is manufactured using TSMC’s advanced 5nm process. It performs very well in terms of performance and power consumption. According to the latest news, TSMC has received an order to produce 2nm process chips for Apple, and it is expected to start trial production of 2nm chips in 2023.
