Netflix partners with RocketRide Games gaming company

Netflix has partnered with Canadian gaming company RocketRide Games to bring more new games to its expanding mobile game library. In an official statement, Netflix said they had commissioned RocketRide Games to provide premium games for its gaming platform.

At present, Netflix has commissioned two games to RocketRide Games. They are Dominoes and Knitens, both of which are currently on the shelves, and said that more games will be scheduled in the next few months. RocketRide Games said in a statement that this partnership with Netflix is one of 45 agreements signed by the company in two years, and these dozens of cooperation agreements also brought RocketRide Games $78 million in revenue. For a company that was founded in 2017 and currently has only 15 employees, this is obviously a very good result, and it is even more exciting to be able to cooperate with a giant such as Netflix.

In order to attract more players and potential users, Netflix promises that all of their games will not include any ads, and will not have any in-game purchase options. Best of all, you can play these games right away with a Netflix subscription.

Netflix launched its subscription-only gaming service in November last year, but unlike Android players who can download games directly in the Netflix app, iOS players need to download the games they want to play separately in the App Store before they can play. This is because Apple does not allow any app on the App Store to provide its own in-app download service, on the grounds that it is to protect the user’s system security.
