Microsoft 365 services failures are currently being gradually restored
The Microsoft 365 series of services began to experience login failures last night. Although Microsoft has discovered the problem and handled it in time, it has not fully recovered for the time being.
This service failure does not seem to be a server and network problem but a failure of Microsoft’s back-end support. Therefore, when a user initiates a session login, they will find that they cannot log in. However, users who have successfully logged in can continue to use the corresponding service with little impact.
Microsoft has not yet released a detailed description of the service failure, but from the perspective of Microsoft’s response measures, it seems that the code deployed by its engineers has caused compatibility problems.
We're investigating an issue affecting access to multiple Microsoft 365 services. We're working to identify the full impact and will provide more information shortly.

Microsoft said that the company has identified the problem and restored the changes that may have affected it, so most of the affected services are being gradually restored.
The company said the service failure affected multiple Microsoft 365 services and affected all users, but the sessions that have completed account login were not affected.
According to our inspection, there are still some services that cannot be used normally. The official Microsoft statement is that it is gradually recovering but users may still have to wait.
For users who use the office software suite, if the online version is really unavailable, you can change it to the local version for temporary usage, and use the online version after the service is restored.
