A day after the developer beta was released, Apple also pushed the first beta of the iOS 12.1.2, tvOS 12.1.2, and macOS Mojave 10.14.3 system updates to beta users early this morning. iOS users who participate in Apple Beta Software Program can get this update via OTA.
According to the version number, this round of update testing should mainly focus on fixing bugs and improving system stability. In iOS 12.1.2 Dev beta 1, it has been found that a new “Haptic Touch” menu has been added to the iPhone XR settings to adjust the response speed. So by convention, Public beta 1 will also have this change.
The macOS beta can be installed using Apple’s macOS Public Beta Access Utility access tool. The tvOS user can be installed by going to Settings > System > Software Update > Get Public Beta Update.
