iOS 14.2 Battery drain on iPhone

It has been about a month since Apple pushed iOS 14.2 to users, and since this month or so, users have also begun to discover problems with this version. Recently, some users said on Apple’s official community and Reddit that after updating iOS 14.2, the power consumption of their mobile phones has become severe.

Some users even stated that their mobile phones have reduced their battery power by 50% in less than 30 minutes, and others have experienced problems with slower charging speeds and heat during charging.

The devices with these problems are mostly iPhone 6, iPhone 6S, iPhone 6S Plus, iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, the first generation iPhone SE, iPhone XS, iPad mini. These users said that before upgrading the system, there was no increase in power consumption.
