Details of three MSI B760 motherboards leaked: include Tomahawk, Mortar, ITX EDGE

At present, Intel has released the 13th-generation Core desktop processors with “K” and “KF” suffixes, as well as the Z790 chipset, which is relatively high-end, mainly for players and game enthusiasts who are keen on overclocking. According to previous news, Intel plans to officially release the 13th-generation non-K Core processor and B760 chipset that are closer to the use of general users on January 3, 2023. According to wccftech reports, the details of MSI’s three B760 motherboards have flowed out, including Tomahawk, Mortar, and ITX EDGE motherboards.

MSI MPG B760 Tomahawk WIFI DDR4 motherboard adopts a 12+1 phase (75A) design, the CPU power supply is dual 8Pin and has four DDR4 memory slots. The motherboard also has a PCIe Gen 5.0 x16 and a PCIe 4.0 x4 slot, as well as three M.2 interfaces, the specification is PCIe 4.0 x4, each M.2 interface has a corresponding heat dissipation vest, and the red circle indicates that there is heat dissipation at this position vest.

The MSI MAG B760 Mortar WIFI motherboard should have two memory versions of DDR5/4. It is also powered by 12+1 phases and uses 75A Dr. MOS MOSFETs, dual 8Pin CPU power supply interface, the motherboard is also equipped with four DDR5/4 memory slots, because this is an mATX motherboard, the area is limited, and there are only two M.2 interfaces, PCIe slots include a PCIe 5.0 x16, a PCIe 4.0 x4 and a PCIe 3.0 x1.

The last is the ITX motherboard, MSI MPG B760 ITX Edge, with an 8+1 phase (90A) power supply design, the CPU power supply interface is 8Pin, and the motherboard has two DDR4 DIMM slots. It is also equipped with a PCIe 5.0 x16 slot and an M.2 interface. It is currently understood that these three motherboards may be officially released at the CES 2023 exhibition in early January, and the price of the motherboard will also be announced at that time.
