ASRock will launch Z690 PG Riptide NFT Edition motherboards

Previously, ASRock announced to join the Metaverse and support the community of designers and creators. Subsequently, ASRock issued the first non-fungible token (NFT) Phantom Gaming EVO on OpenSea, the world’s first and largest NFT market, at a price of 0.1 ETH. ASRock said that part of the NFT proceeds will be invested in the “ASRock NFT Fund” project to provide more opportunities and support for artists, designers, and creators in various fields.

ASRock seems to be determined to double down on NFTs but in a different way. Recently, a new event announcement was posted on the ASRock page, the content is to let the community participate in the design of the motherboard, named Z690 PG Riptide NFT Edition. ASRock did not confirm that it is just NFT, or a combination of NFT and physical products, the possibility of the latter should be higher.

Depending on the activity, participants can draw the mainboard, which is divided into 4309 pixels. ASRock will randomly select five designs for a comparison. If three of them are the same, the pixels will become the corresponding main colors. The final design is the result of the joint efforts of all participating users. Users can submit their designs to the website corresponding to the event, and then receive a “Secret Code” to complete the submission.

The event is from March 7th to March 26th this year. Participants stand a chance to win a Z690 PG Riptide NFT Edition, with three more prizes up for grabs on Days 1, 10, and 20. ASRock will export provisional results every day during the event, there will be 20 in total, and the final results will determine the design of the Z690 PG Riptide NFT Edition.
