Apple will introduce Widget functionality in watchOS 10

In a recent “Power On” column, Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman revealed that Apple will introduce Widget functionality in watchOS 10, set to be announced during WWDC 2023. This addition will enable users to access various widgets more easily through their Apple Watch face.

With the upcoming interface update, Apple is also expected to modify the Apple Watch’s user interface and software interaction methods. For instance, pressing the digital crown will now open the new widget page instead of the app grid.

Furthermore, users will likely be able to swiftly select appropriate widgets by rotating the digital crown, making their usage more intuitive.

As Apple plans to make further adjustments in the health sector, it is anticipated that the health application features in watchOS 10 will be upgraded and altered. However, the specific differences remain uncertain at this time.
