Apple released iOS 12.1.2: Fix eSIM activation issues

Apple officially released the iOS 12.1.2 system update early this morning. This is the fourth official software update since the release of the iOS 12 system. Interestingly, the test cycle for iOS 12.1.2 took only one week. Apple wrote in the update log:

iOS 12.1 beta 5

– Fixed eSIM activation issues for iPhone XR, iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max;

– Resolved issues that could affect the cellular mobile connection of iPhone XR, iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max in Turkey;

– Introduced a new animation when the app forced to exit;

– Updated shared form controls for setting contact and wallpaper images.

iOS 12.1.2 is now available with build number 16C101.
