AMD Starfield bundle will be available on July 11, Includes Ryzen 7000 and Radeon RX 6600+ series

Previously, a new page surfaced on the Newegg e-commerce platform in the United States, indicating that AMD intends to launch a Ryzen 7000 series CPU ‘Starfield’ bundle. Purchasers of this bundle will receive a complimentary copy of the ‘Starfield’ game.

Recently, AMD’s official website in Taiwan unveiled a page indicating that the promotion includes not only CPU purchases but also GPU products. This encompasses the RDNA 3 architecture graphics card and the RDNA 2 architecture graphics card from the Radeon RX 6600 series and above. The ‘Starfield’ bundle will be available for purchase from 9 PM on July 11, 2023, with the promotion ending on September 30 and serial number exchange available until October 28.

The AMD Ryzen 7000 series ‘Starfield’ bundle will be divided into two versions: the Standard Edition and the Advanced Edition. The former is applicable to the purchase of the Ryzen 9 7000 and Radeon 6700 series products and above, while the latter pertains to the purchase of the Ryzen 5/7 7000 series and Radeon 6600/7600 series products.

Previously, AMD announced a collaboration with Bethesda, becoming the exclusive partner for the PC version of ‘Starfield’. The game will be optimized for the Ryzen 7000 series processors and Radeon RX 7000 series graphics cards, so the launch of the ‘Starfield’ bundle is likely a part of AMD’s agreement with Bethesda. Todd Howard, the executive producer at Bethesda, stated that ‘Starfield’, created using the Creation 2 engine, will support FidelityFX Super Resolution 2 (FSR 2) and will be able to take full advantage of AMD’s multi-core processor performance.

‘Starfield’ will be released on Xbox Series S/X and PC platforms on September 6, 2023, with development by Bethesda Game Studios.
