RX 6700 benchmark results leak: 10% faster than the RX 6650XT

Yesterday, AMD updated the specifications of the Radeon RX 6700 on the official website. It uses Navi 22 GPU, has 36 CU units, a total of 2304 stream processors, 80MB unlimited cache, 160bit/10GB GDDR6 video memory, and the equivalent speed of video memory is 16Gbps. The basic configuration is the same as the Radeon RX 6700M for notebook platforms.

At present Twitter user, @Zed__Wang released the test results of Sapphire’s RX 6700 Pulse. According to its test, the performance of this graphics card with Adrenalin Edition 22.5.2 for Radeon RX 6700 will be improved a lot. The 3DMark Time Spy GPU scored 9427 when driven with the stock 22.5.2 version, and 10304 when pulled to maximum power. After switching to the new driver, the default power score is 11166, and the performance is improved by 18%. The maximum power score is 11414, and the performance is improved by 11%.

According to UL’s ranking data, the GPU score of the RX 6700 XT in Time Spy is 12872, which is 15% higher than that of the RX 6700. Compared with the RX 6650XT, the RX 6700 is 7~10% faster. However, it should be noted that the acceleration frequency of the Sapphire graphics card is 2495MHz, which is higher than the official 2450MHz. TBP has also been increased from AMD’s official 175W to 220W, which is an overclocked version of the graphics card. If it is set according to the official frequency and power consumption, the performance will be slightly lower.
