With the lifting of the ban on the Intel B760 chipset, various motherboard manufacturers have also launched new B760 motherboards. MSI
released three series of B760 motherboards: MPG, MAG, and Pro. The MAG series is aimed at mainstream users, including TOMAWK and MORTAR motherboards; the appearance of the Pro series is suitable for business and office installations.
MAG series motherboards adopt 12-channel 75A DrMOS power supply specification, with an aluminum extended heat sink, which can meet the needs of most processors; the whole series supports PCI-E 5.0 and is equipped with three PCIe 4.0 M.2 slots, and the M.2 slots are equipped with heat dissipation armor to ensure the performance of solid-state drives.
The appearance of the Pro series mainboard is mainly linear style, with a 12-way processor power supply, PCI-E slot, and M.2 interface are PCIe 4.0 speed. Like the MAG series, the Pro series are equipped with power cooling and M.2 heat dissipation armor to meet the performance needs of office users.
In addition to regular ATX and M-ATX motherboards, MSI also launched the MPG B760I EDGE WIFI DDR4 motherboard for mini host enthusiasts. The motherboard uses a silver-white aluminum radiator, has an 8-phase 90A DrMOS power supply scale, supports PCIe 5.0, and has two M.2 slots on board.
Considering that it is currently in the period of memory replacement, MSI B760 series motherboards provide two memory specifications, DDR4 and DDR5, and users can choose according to their own conditions. All WIFI motherboards support WiFi 6E wireless connection and 2.5G wired connection, which is convenient for users to build a high-speed home network. All MSI B760 series motherboards are equipped with pre-installed I/O shields and M.2 convenient buckles to enhance the user installation experience.
At CES 2023, MSI will also launch
MEG Z790 GODLIKE motherboard, PCIe 5.0 SSD, and other products, and bring customized water-cooled PC building solutions, cool white theme PC building solutions, and other installation solutions.
