LG
announced that it will establish a partnership with Nvidia to develop GeForce Now applications for LG TVs running the WebOS system.
LG TV’s GeForce Now application will start this week and will be available in the LG Content Store as a beta version for specific 2021 LG 4K OLED, QNED Mini LED, and NanoCell models in 80 markets. Through this application, LG TV users only need a compatible handle to enjoy more than 35 free games like Rocket League, Destiny 2, Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy, Crysis Remastered Trilogy, etc. and no additional hardware is required. All games will run at 1080P resolution and 60 frames. If you are a
GeForce NOW Priority member, you can also use ray tracing and AI technology platforms to stream from NVIDIA RTX servers in global data centers to obtain high-quality game graphics and the best gaming experience.
The powerful combination of GeForce Now and LG’s OLED TV means the best immersive gaming experience. LG’s OLED panel has commendable bright colors and the deepest blacks, making the game screen more realistic. In addition, LG TV provides an ultra-fast response time of 1 millisecond and ultra-low input delay, which can provide smoother visual effects. The cooperation with Nvidia indicates that LG is committed to providing the best gaming experience on LG TVs running WebOS.
