KB4503327 cumulative update for Windows 10 V1809 has a black screen issue

Earlier last week, Microsoft has pushed cumulative updates to versions of Windows 10. Of course, these cumulative updates have problems. If the latest issue confirmed by Microsoft has problems that “small number of devices may startup to a black screen during the first logon after installing updates,” this issue mainly affects Windows 10 Version 1809. Microsoft said that when users install the latest cumulative update KB4503327, the system will not load the login interface and display content when the system is restarted for the first time.

However, this problem does not need to panic because it only affects the first reboot of the installation update. When the user restarts the system again, the login interface display content can be loaded normally. What the user needs to do is to use the shortcut key combination Ctrl+Alt+DEL on the black screen interface and then click the power button in the lower right corner of the screen to select the restart.

Given the low impact of this issue, Microsoft has not indicated whether it will post fixes and re-create updates to users who are not currently updated.
