CORSAIR releases Intel LGA 1700 Retrofit Kit

Intel is about to release the 12th generation Core series processors. As the new generation processors are changed to LGA 1700 sockets, their specifications are quite different from the existing LGA 15xx/1200 sockets. According to the previously disclosed information, the new LGA 1700 socket (Socket V) retains the width of 37.5mm while increasing the length to 45mm, changing from a square to a rectangle, and its Z height will be reduced from 7.3mm to 6.5mm, which will be lower.

Corsair announced the launch of a new CORSAIR Intel LGA 1700 Retrofit Kit, which can be used on the ELITE CAPELLIX series, RGB PRO XT series, H100x, and other products. Its price is 2.99 USD / 2.99 Euro / 1.99 GBP.  Users in the U.S. and European regions can order on CORSAIR’s official website, and users in other regions need to check with local distributors.
