Cooler Master Launches GX II Gold Series Power Supplies

Cooler Master has unveiled its GX II Gold power supply series, premiering with models boasting rated capacities of 750W and 850W. These units exemplify unmatched durability, efficiency, and performance, endorsing the ATX 3.0 standard. They come equipped with a highly durable 90° L-shaped 12VHPWR modular cable, reflecting a more user-centric design, thereby offering enhanced cabling support for the latest generation of graphics cards.

Measuring 160 x 150 x 86 mm, the GX II Gold series employs an LLC and DC-to-DC architectural design, optimizing thermal distribution while ensuring stellar performance. Furthermore, these units have secured the 80 PLUS Gold certification, evidencing a conversion efficiency exceeding 90% under typical loads. Internally, they house a 120mm HDB fan, with a peak rotational speed of 2500±10% RPM. An intelligent thermal control mode provides a start-stop feature, striking a harmonious balance between cooling efficiency and acoustic levels.

Cooler Master has fortified this series with comprehensive protection mechanisms, inclusive of Over Current Protection (OCP), Over Voltage Protection (OVP), Short Circuit Protection (SCP), Over Power Protection (OPP), Under Voltage Protection (UVP), and Over Temperature Protection (OTP), ensuring consistent performance and stability even under demanding operational loads.

These power supplies showcase a full modular design—a hallmark of contemporary high-end units—allowing users to tailor cable installations, minimizing superfluous wiring, promoting airflow, and elevating overall thermal performance. Their connectivity suite encompasses a 24Pin motherboard power connector, an 8Pin CPU power connector, a 4+4Pin CPU power connector, a 16Pin 12VHPWR power connector, four 6+2Pin PCIe power connectors, six SATA power connectors, and two 4Pin Molex power connectors, adeptly catering to the prerequisites of mainstream users.
