Apple forced the developers to enable two-factor authentication starting February 27

Apple will force developers to enable two-factor authentication on their account. Apple today issued a notice to developers via email to enforce the security of the developer account and ensure that no third party has access to the developer account. Developers who do not have two-factor authentication for Apple IDs need to be enabled by February 27.

Apple wrote in the email,

In an effort to keep your account more secure, two-factor authentication will be required to sign in to your Apple Developer account and Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles starting February 27th, 2019.
