Windows 10 version 1903 is currently in the final development phase, and Microsoft has recently released the Release RTM version to users in the Release Preview branch. It is expected that the official release will begin at the end of May, so the internal staff of this test branch can try out the new operating system features for about 30 days.
At the same time, Microsoft will introduce several cumulative updates, including fixes and further improvements, so devices that have been updated to the 1903 version will receive updates and improvements on the first day. As with all Windows 10 feature updates, the May update will be sent to devices around the world in stages, but Microsoft has also offered manual download options for users who are not automatically deployed. The Windows 10 media creation tool will also be updated to provide distribution services for Windows 10 1903 when it is ready.
