Users petition Samsung to stop selling phones with Exynos processors

As the undoubted giant in the Android world, Samsung has always been named by netizens as “the only manufacturer that can produce a mobile phone entirely on its own.” Samsung not only have their own displays, Camera, tank and helicopter, and their own Exynos processor. Although as a smartphone manufacturer, the ability to have a mobile phone processor is great glory, but it seems that Samsung phones Users don’t feel the same glory that Samsung feels.

Samsung users are currently petitioning Change.org for Samsung to stop selling Exynos-powered phones. “These parts are inferior, and there are numerous comparisons online,” the online petition states. “The Exynos phones are slower, have worse battery life, worse camera sensors and processing, get hotter and throttle faster, etc.,” it adds.

The petitioner also mentioned in the petition that in terms of camera sensors for mobile phones, Samsung uses its own camera sensors in markets outside the United States, and uses Sony ’s camera sensors in the US market.

In the reason for signing the petition page, netizens have stated that they want to use Samsung phones with Qualcomm Snapdragon processors instead of phones with inferior Exynos processors. As of press time, the total number of signatures has reached 4,200.
