Ubuntu 18.04 LTS is scheduled for release on April 26, 2018

Canonical CEO Mark Shuttleworth today revealed that Ubuntu Linux operating system Ubuntu 18.04 LTS will be released by the end of April 2018, the current development code-named Bionic Beaver.

But Mark Staterworth did not announce Canonical’s details on the Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. In fact, Canonical will do more work on the Ubuntu Snappy Core system, which will be used for Internet of Things devices. However, Canonical has confirmed that the Ubuntu 18.04 LTS release date is April 26, 2018.

In addition, Ubuntu 18.04 LTS “Bionic Beaver” will follow its predecessor of the same program, which means that in the six months of the development cycle, there will be two Alpha and two Beta release. According to the release schedule, Ubuntu 18.04 LTS is expected to take the first alpha version on January 4, 2018, the second Alpha should arrive on February 1, March 8, the first release of Beta, the final beta version Released on April 5, 2018.
