SilverStone HELA 2050R Platinum released: ATX 3.0/PCIe 5.0 power supply, three 12VHPWR interfaces
Silverstone has announced the launch of its HELA 2050R Platinum power supply, boasting a staggering 2050W of rated power. It fully complies with the ATX 3.0/PCIe 5.0 standards, offering up to three 12VHPWR power interfaces (two of which are native). This power supply is a veritable powerhouse, tailored for gamers who seek the pinnacle of performance.
The HELA 2050R Platinum, measuring 180 x 150 x 86 mm, supports the ATX 12V 3.0 and PCIe 5.0 specifications and has earned the prestigious Cybenetics Platinum certification. This recognition underscores its exceptional reliability and stability, meeting users’ unparalleled performance demands while facilitating continuous operation around the clock. It features a 135mm dual ball-bearing fan equipped with an intelligent fan controller, powered by a microcontroller unit to ensure silent operation during idle or low-power computation, and seamlessly transitions to maximum cooling mode under heavy loads.
Silverstone has fortified this new power supply with comprehensive protections, including Over Current Protection (OCP), Over Voltage Protection (OVP), Short Circuit Protection (SCP), Over Power Protection (OPP), and Over Temperature Protection (OTP). These safeguards ensure consistent performance and stability under high-demand workloads.
The SilverStone HELA 2050R Platinum is a fully modular design, incorporating Silverstone’s third-generation modular interface. It comes equipped with one 24-pin motherboard power connector, two 4+4-pin CPU power connectors, three 16-pin 12VHPWR connectors, fourteen 6+2-pin PCIe power connectors, twelve SATA power connectors, four 4-pin Molex connectors, and one 4-pin floppy drive power connector. It uses ultra-flexible black flat cables, adeptly meeting the needs of high-end PC users.
