Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2023 event will be held on February 1st

Samsung’s inadvertently leaked promotional materials a few days ago showed that this year’s Galaxy Unpacked event will be held on February 1, hinting at the launch time of the new generation of Galaxy S23 series smartphones. It is understood that the Galaxy S23 series includes the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra.

Samsung announced that the Galaxy Unpacked 2023 event will be held at 10 am on February 1, 2023, Pacific Standard Time. The location is in San Francisco, USA. This is the first face-to-face Galaxy Unpacked event in three years, and the whole process will be broadcast live on Samsung.com, Samsung Newsroom, and Samsung’s YouTube channel.

It is rumored that the three models of Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra will be equipped with a customized Qualcomm second-generation Snapdragon 8 platform, which will have a higher frequency than the normal version and have stronger performance. It may support Qualcomm’s recently launched Snapdragon Satellite, which provides global coverage, and satellite-based connectivity to a new generation of Android flagship smartphones. Samsung is expected to launch a series of accessories at the Galaxy Unpacked 2023 event, such as the Galaxy Buds series.

After the Galaxy Unpacked 2023 event ends, Samsung should immediately open the reservations for the Galaxy S23 series, and early reservation users will have the opportunity to get some free gifts. It is expected that Samsung may choose to officially launch the Galaxy S23 series around February 15.
