Radeon RX 7800/7700/7600 series graphics card specifications leaked
Last year, AMD released the first Navi 31 GPU based on the RDNA 3 architecture, equipped with Radeon RX 7900 series graphics cards. According to past news, RDNA 3 architecture GPUs also include Navi 32 and Navi 33, of which Navi 32 uses the same MCM design as Navi 31, with a 5nm GCD and four 6nm MCDs, Navi 33 is still a single-chip design and has been used in the Radeon RX 7000 series laptop graphics cards released at CES 2023 this year.
RGT recently introduced the upcoming Radeon RX 7000 series graphics cards, including Radeon RX 7800 XT, Radeon RX 7700 XT, Radeon RX 7600 XT, and Radeon RX 7600. Among them, the Radeon RX 7800 XT and Radeon RX 7700 XT are equipped with Navi 32, and the Radeon RX 7600 XT and Radeon RX 7600 are equipped with Navi 33.
The number of CUs of Radeon RX 7700 XT is reduced to 48, the number of corresponding stream processors is also reduced to 3072, the Infinity Cache is 48MB, 12GB of GDDR6 memory, the memory interface width is 192 bits, and the memory rate is 20Gbps. The game clock and boost clock are around 2.4GHz and 2.6GHz respectively. The FP32 computing performance is 32 TFLOPs, and the power consumption of the whole card is 225W. The performance is close to that of RTX 4070.
Radeon RX 7600 XT is equipped with 32 CUs, 2048 stream processors, 32MB of Infinity Cache, 8GB of GDDR6 memory, a 128-bit memory interface, and an 18Gbps memory rate. The game clock and boost clock are around 2.5GHz and 2.8GHz respectively, the FP32 computing performance is 23 TFLOPs, the power consumption of the whole card is 180W, and the performance is in the area between RX 6700 XT and RX 6650 XT.
