Nvidia has confirmed the release date of the RTX 4070, which will be on April 13th

Previously, reports claimed that Nvidia had notified its partners that it would release the GeForce RTX 4070 in April of this year. However, the specific timing and schedule are still uncertain.

Recently, Twitter user @hongxing2020 revealed that Nvidia has finalized the release date for the GeForce RTX 4070, which will be launched on April 13th.

According to previous rumors, the GeForce RTX 4070 is equipped with the AD104-250-A1 GPU, with 36MB of L2 cache, 46 SMs, 5888 CUDA cores, 12GB of GDDR6X memory with a memory bandwidth of 192 bits, a memory rate of 21 Gbps, and a PCB of PG141-SKU336/337, with a total power consumption of 200W.

Recently, the Nvidia GeForce RTX 30 Founders Edition graphics cards have been taken down from the official stores in multiple regions in the US and the EU, leaving only non-public versions of the product available through their partners. For many, this is seen as making room for the next generation of GeForce RTX 40 series products based on the Ada Lovelace architecture.
