NVIDIA & Google Cloud Fuel AI Startup Revolution

Recently, NVIDIA and Google Cloud announced a new collaboration that will assist startups worldwide in rapidly developing generative artificial intelligence (AI) applications and services. This partnership combines NVIDIA’s Startups Acceleration Program and the Google for Startups Cloud Program, enhancing access to cloud credits, marketing support, and technical expertise, thereby enabling startups to deliver value to their customers more swiftly.

NVIDIA’s Startups Acceleration Program is a global initiative that has supported over 18,000 startups. Eligible members can accelerate their use of Google Cloud infrastructure and receive Google Cloud credits, with AI-focused enterprises potentially receiving up to $350,000 in credits, which can be applied towards NVIDIA DGX Cloud.

Members of the Google for Startups Cloud Program can join NVIDIA’s acceleration initiative, gaining access to technical expertise, credits for NVIDIA’s Deep Learning Institute courses, and NVIDIA’s hardware and software. Additionally, eligible members can participate in other NVIDIA support programs, such as those connecting AI-focused venture capital firms with innovative startups.

At last month’s GTC 2024 conference held at the San Jose Convention Center in California, NVIDIA’s founder and CEO, Jensen Huang, introduced the Blackwell architecture GPUs and unveiled new products for data centers. Early next year, platforms built on the Blackwell architecture will be hosted on Google Cloud, integrated with Google Cloud’s fourth-generation advanced liquid cooling system. The NVIDIA HGX B200 will handle workloads for AI, data analytics, and high-performance computing, while the NVIDIA GB200 NVL72 will be used for next-generation, large-scale training models.
