Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 Founders Edition Leaked

At present, NVIDIA has released the GeForce RTX 40 series GPUs based on the Ada Lovelace architecture, with only the RTX 4090 and RTX 4080 offering Founders Edition graphics cards, while the RTX 4070 Ti is available solely through partner products. Previous reports indicated that the forthcoming RTX 4070 would also have a Founders Edition, followed by a reveal of its packaging.

According to VideoCardz, the GeForce RTX 4070 Founders Edition has now been leaked. As rumored, the new graphics card features a dual-slot thickness and is significantly smaller in overall dimensions compared to the RTX 4070 FE, bearing a closer resemblance to the RTX 3070 FE.

NVIDIA has opted for a 16-pin 12VHPWR power supply interface on the graphics card; however, a plethora of commercially available products will utilize the conventional 8-pin power supply interface, which is likely to appeal to many gamers. In terms of display output, the configuration remains unchanged, with three DisplayPort 1.4 interfaces and one HDMI 2.1 interface, allowing for the connection of up to four monitors.

NVIDIA will unveil the Ada Lovelace-based GeForce RTX 4070 on April 12, with a suggested retail price of $599, followed by the product’s launch on April 13. The GeForce RTX 4070, priced identically to the suggested retail price, will have its reviews embargo lifted on April 12, while the embargo for reviews of higher-priced and higher-frequency aftermarket products will be lifted on April 13.
