Nvidia AD104 GPU Photos Leaked

It was previously reported that the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti is almost the canceled GeForce RTX 4080 12GB, and the basic framework should not change much. It is rumored that Nvidia has finalized the timetable for the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti. This card will debut on January 3 next year; the ban will be lifted on January 3; it will be officially released on January 5. This means that Nvidia will complete the entire release process within three days, and there should be more information at the CES 2023 show early next year.

The GeForce RTX 4070 Ti is equipped with the AD104 GPU, which is different from the GeForce RTX 4080 / RTX 4090 that has already been released. Recently, Twitter user @Zed__Wang leaked photos of the AD104 chip, allowing everyone to see this GPU for the first time.

AD104-400 has 60 groups of SMs, that is, 7680 CUDA cores, and the memory interface width is 192 bits. It is estimated that the core size is about 295 mm², which is about half of the flagship AD102. The GeForce RTX 4070 Ti won’t be the only desktop model based on the AD104 GPU, and Nvidia will use it on mobile platforms as well.
