MSI Titan 18 HX – The first gaming laptop equipped with 18-inch 4K@120Hz Mini LED
MSI has announced that its Titan 18 HX will be the world’s first gaming laptop to feature an 18-inch 4K@120Hz Mini LED display, representing the pinnacle of laptop display technology. As MSI’s newest flagship product, the Titan 18 HX is set to make its debut at the upcoming CES 2024.
The 18-inch 4K@120Hz Mini LED display of the Titan 18 HX employs AUO’s AmLED Mini LED technology, capable of real-time, precise dynamic image adjustment. It offers exceptionally bright backlighting, superior HDR performance, and an expansive color gamut. With a peak brightness exceeding 1000 nits—2.5 times that of standard LCDs—and a contrast ratio of 2M:1, its response time (GtG) stands at 3ms. Thanks to its adaptive control technology, the display boasts clearer image quality with a minimal halo effect.
The Titan 18 HX has been certified by VESA DisplayHDR 1000, ensuring an immersive HDR experience in gaming and streaming. To present a wide spectrum of colors, its display covers 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut, fulfilling the needs of immersive gaming and entertainment. Additionally, the Titan 18 HX supports MSI’s exclusive True Color technology. MSI assures that each Mini LED panel of the Titan 18 HX undergoes rigorous inspection before assembly, committing to provide the most accurate color display to gamers worldwide.
Earlier this year, MSI released the Titan GT77 HX 13V, the first gaming laptop with a 17.3-inch 4K@144Hz Mini LED display. Coupled with its powerful CPU+GPU combination and extensive expandability, it garnered significant attention from gamers.
MSI plans to officially unveil the Titan 18 HX at CES 2024, promising to introduce more exclusive features.
