Minisforum launches NAB6 Lite mini PC
Minisforum has announced the launch of its new NAB6 Lite mini PC, equipped with an Intel Core i5-12600H processor, dual Ethernet ports, and the capability to support four 4K displays, thereby facilitating seamless office tasks.
The NAB6 Lite mini PC boasts a compact design, occupying just 0.9 liters, and features a sleek, silver-white color scheme that enhances its clean appearance. The chassis is also designed for easy upgrades; users can simply press a cover plate to access and replace the memory and SSD. In this model, Minisforum has introduced an innovative active SSD cooling system, featuring ventilation on the sides for more effective cooling of the memory and SSD.
The Intel Core i5-12600H processor in the NAB6 Lite is a 6-core, 12-thread unit (6P+0E), with an L3 cache of 18MB. The P-Core base frequency is 3.3 GHz, with a maximum turbo frequency of 4.8 GHz. It integrates a UHD 770 GPU with 32 execution units, with base and boosted frequencies of 300 MHz and 1.45 GHz, respectively. The TDP is 65W, and it is manufactured using the Intel 7 process.
The NAB6 Lite mini PC is equipped with two DDR4 SO-DIMM slots, supporting up to 64GB of DDR4-3200 memory; it includes an M.2 slot that supports PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSDs (up to 2TB), plus a 2.5-inch drive bay supporting 6.0Gb/s SATA 3.0 interface devices. It also features an M.2 2230 slot for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth modules; connectivity options include two HDMI ports and two Type-C ports, supporting four 4K@60Hz displays.
Additionally, the device offers two USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C ports (one supporting DisplayPort mode only), one USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-C port (front, data only), four USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A ports, two 2.5 Gbps Ethernet ports, and a 3.5mm audio jack, and supports the Windows 11 operating system.
Minisforum currently offers two configurations: 16GB RAM + 512GB SSD priced at $367 and 32GB RAM + 512GB SSD priced at $407.
