Microsoft will sign the Windows 10X RTM version in December and release it next spring
The Windows 10X version, which has been postponed many times, is currently being exposed. Twitter user, Zac Bowden reveals that Microsoft is expected to sign the Windows 10X RTM version in December.
At that time, new devices equipped with the operating system will also be on the market one after another, but the devices equipped with the system may no longer be dual-screen folding devices after the positioning is modified.
For those asking, Windows 10X is on track to RTM in December. Spring 2021 release still looking likely. Not sure if MS is planning to do any external 10X testing. If they are, I suspect they're waiting for the RTM build first.

It is worth noting that due to the confusion between the development of various versions, next spring Windows 10 21H1 version may be released as a minor version.
The Windows 10X version will be part of Windows 10 21H1, but it will not bring many new features. The new features developed in the current Windows 10 Dev channel will arrive in the Windows 10 21H2 version next fall, including improvements to the interface effects.
