Microsoft has released a cumulative update to fix the Start menu problem. If you encounter this problem, try to install the cumulative update. However, it is important to note that it is best to turn on System Restore before installing the update. Because of the high probability that these new cumulative updates will introduce new problems, so you can back to the pre-installation state through System Restore.
