Microsoft may provide a dynamic lock screen wallpaper for Windows 10
In Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 21277, some users found that the dynamic lock screen wallpaper option was added to the group policy.
The administrator can disable the dynamic lock screen wallpaper through the group policy, and this option is not disabled by default, so it is enabled, that is, the dynamic lock screen wallpaper is enabled by default.
According to Group Policy, this dynamic lock screen wallpaper is not automatically changed. In fact, the Windows 10 lock screen can be automatically changed after the focus is activated.
The dynamic lock screen wallpaper here is based on sensors such as a gyroscope or speedometer to detect whether the device is tilted, and then the wallpaper will shake in the same direction.

From the description, this function should be suitable for laptops or tablets. After all, not all devices have accelerometers such as gyroscopes or speedometers.
In the description, Microsoft stated that when the device is tilted in all directions, the corresponding lock screen wallpaper will also tilt, which is a relatively simple desktop wallpaper special effect.
But after testing, this feature is only a group policy option and not enabled, so even after installing the latest Windows 10 Insider Preview version, it is temporarily unable to experience this desktop effect.
In view of the fact that Microsoft engineers were preparing for the Christmas vacation, such new features may need to wait until the new version released early next year to arrive.
