In an interview with a media company, Microsoft ’s vice president said that the mobile version of Microsoft Cortana has withdrawn from the international market, and only the US market can continue to use the mobile version. For reasons of keeping only the market, Microsoft explained that Microsoft Surface Headphones and Harmon Kardon need to rely on Microsoft Cortana to update the firmware of the headphones.

At the same time, Microsoft also said that the company will release the Surface Audio app next spring to take over and replace Microsoft Cortana. Although these headphone products will also be sold in international markets outside the United States, users need to use Microsoft Cortana on Windows 10 for connection updates.
